Q: CAN I USE RINGI WITH ALL OF MY FRIENDS?

A: Ringi works currenly on Android phones with Ringi application installed. However, you can use Ringi app also for calling friends who have an iPhone or a Nokia phone, your call will connect normally. But unfortunately your friends won't be able to see your personalized messages and other Ringi content just yet. Ringi for other platforms is available shortly, be ready to invite your friends then.

Q: IS IT SAFE TO USE RINGI?

A: Yes, Ringi is private and safe to use. The voice in Ringi calls is transmitted through mobile network as a standard phone call. We do not listen to your calls at any point or share your contact information without your prior consent.

Q: DO I NEED 3G OR WIFI CONNECTION?

A: To share things while making a phone call, Ringi needs a data connection (3G of WiFi). If data connection is not available or good enough your phone will automatically switch to regular phone call mode.

Q: DOES IT WORK IN ALL NETWORKS?

A: Ringi needs a data connection for sharing, so your network has to support voice and data simultaneously.

Q: DOES RINGI WORK ON ALL DEVICES?

A: Currently Ringi works on Android phones running Android 2.1 or newer. Soon we will support other platforms as well, stay tuned for more information!

Q: DOES RINGI WORK IN ALL COUNTRIES?

A: Ringi works abroad, but be aware that it uses data connection. Consult your mobile operator for data charges while roaming. If you are unsure about the costs, we recommend using Ringi over WiFi when abroad.

Q: DOES RINGI USE MY NUMBER? DOES RINGI SHARE MY NUMBER FOR SPAMMING MESSAGES?

A: Ringi uses phone numbers only to identify the parties of a phone call in order to set up the data connection between the correct two phones. We do not share phone numbers with any third parties, send SMS spam or sell phone numbers.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE RINGI?

A: The Ringi app is free. But your mobile operator may charge you for using mobile internet.

Q: HOW CAN I GET ALL MY FRIENDS TO USE RINGI?

A: Simply by sending them invitations from the Ringi application.
